CANCELLATION POLICY & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-CANCELLABLE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into between the undersigned client (“Client”) and Mind Power Ltd. (“Provider”).

By placing an order for a customized energetic preparation or treatment product (“Product” or “Treatment”), the Client acknowledges, understands, and irrevocably agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Personalized Treatment & Provider Discretion

1.1 The Client acknowledges that all Products are custom-made and individually prepared specifically for the Client, based on personal information provided.

1.2 The composition, energetic preparation method, packaging, reinforcement process, form, and delivery method are determined solely at the full discretion of Mind Power Ltd.

1.3 The Client understands that preparation methods may vary between clients and waives any claim that the Product differs from expectations, descriptions, samples, images, or explanations provided.

1.4 Due to the personalized nature of the Product, it cannot be reused, resold, reassigned, transferred, or stored.

2. Absolute No Cancellation, No Refund, No Chargeback Policy

2.1 All purchases are final. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, the transaction is non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, medical condition, personal situation, or any other reason.

2.2 The Client explicitly waives any right to request or initiate a refund, cancellation, reversal, dispute, or chargeback through any payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

2.3 Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action.

3. Non-Reversible Charge & Payment Network Acknowledgment

3.1 The Client acknowledges that this transaction complies with the rules of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, PayPal, and all other applicable payment processors, which permit non-refundable transactions for customized products.

3.2 By completing payment, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted:

3.3 The Client irrevocably agrees that any dispute shall be handled exclusively and directly with Mind Power Ltd., and shall not be escalated to any third-party payment provider.

4. Product Warranty & Custom Preparation Disclaimer

4.1 All Products are individually prepared and energetically reinforced for a specific Client.

4.2 Once preparation begins, the transaction cannot be canceled, and no monetary refund shall be issued, as the Product cannot be kept in stock or transferred to another individual.

5. Delivery Commitment

Mind Power Ltd. commits to shipping and delivering the Product within 21 business days from order confirmation, subject to force majeure events such as war, epidemics, or extreme circumstances.

6. Client Acknowledgment & Binding Consent

By proceeding with the purchase and confirming acceptance, the Client declares:

• I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms of this Agreement.

• I understand that this purchase is final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable.

• I acknowledge that initiating a chargeback constitutes a breach of contract.

• I confirm that my payment is processed through a recognized payment network and that I waive all dispute rights.

WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

This Website is owned and operated exclusively by Mind Power Ltd.
All content, text, images, videos, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property are the sole property of Mind Power Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

2. Nature of the Treatment

• The services and Products offered are non-medical, non-scientific, energetic and spiritual in nature.

• No guarantee of outcome or success is provided.

• Results vary between individuals.

• The services do not replace conventional medical treatment.

3. External Use Only

All Products are intended for external use only.
They are not intended for ingestion, application to the body, or invasive use.
Any misuse is the sole responsibility of the Client.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 All Products and services are provided “AS IS”.

4.2 Mind Power Ltd.’s liability, if any, shall be limited exclusively to direct proven damages, and shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.

4.3 No claims shall be made regarding treatment success, outcome, expectations, or interpretation of results.

5. Identity Verification & Payment Authorization

Mind Power Ltd. reserves the right to request additional identification or payment verification before supplying any Product.

Unauthorized use of payment methods constitutes a criminal offense and will be pursued legally.

6. Marketing Consent

By submitting contact details or completing a purchase, the Client consents to receive informational and promotional communications by any means of communication.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.

Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute shall lie with the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.

8. Amendments

Mind Power Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication.
